The muscle is very loose specially in my abs, breast and armpit areas, plz suggest me the best phisician,or excises and also the Diet part.
As i am working, hardly i get an hr in a day.

my b/f of 2yrs has recently began treating me very rude and hurting my feelings non stop.he said being around me&talking to me stresses him out&that he wasnt happy being with me any more&didnt want a relationship.he cant tell me what it is thats making him unhappy...he just says 'i dont know' to almost every question i ask him&if i dont understand his reasoning&keep asking, he gets pissed&walks away&wont speak to me any longer.he has repeatedly broke my heart here recently.he broke up with me a week ago...&a month ago we were talking about getting married&planning on becoming engaged.how does something like this happen?he was my world and my life.im not complete without him&have a hard time going on to college everyday&just basically waking up in general&facing the day.i cant get him to show any respect to me&the first time i say something he doesnt like he starts to treat me like crap.is getting back 2gether an option?i tried to talk to him, & he says 'i dont know'

Guys I think I did the worse thing I could do to my skin..... its terrible>...I have and oily skin. Even though I am under medication my skin breaks out. Recently, may be 2, 3 days back I did a facial at a salon. The person who did it knows about my skin very well so I had confidnc that she would use the right products. But now, Im breaking out a lot.I don't know what to do....Its terrible. I hv been using St. Ives Apricot Scrub with a acne bar soap. I dont know wht to do...My facial skin is oily as ever now. Help me out guys! Thank you all

Has anyone quit smoking for a long period of time? What has worked for you? Has anyone heard of the shot that helps deter you from smoking?
I have alot of will power, but I always seem to go back
right now I am just TIRED of smoking,tired of being a cigarettes "slave" tired of the smell, and feel of it
But I need some help...pills, shot, somthing

I weight 235 pounds and my doctor says I should lose about 60 pounds... my husband got bit by something,,, it went from looking like a bug bite to real dark red and bigger than a quarter around, his ankel is swollen and it is very tender. The red is like it is raw and it is blood read but is not an open wound. He wont go to the doctor and I want to know what it may be. We live in Eastern TN

Mine developed 2 years after starting Actonel so I'm not sure that is the cause, It's taking months to get rid of them maybe because the Actonel stays in the body for a long time. I had the same thing happen three years after taking Fosamax.

Some causes to think about: food (modern farming, fertiliser, accelerated growth, lack of mineral - non-organic, food additives), lifestyle, emotional turmoil, environment (electrogmagnetic such as mobile phone, artifical lighting, smoke, chemical), amount chemical we put on our bodies and not enough natural body lotions, etc. Karma (based our previous life actions, actions committed earlier in this life), thoughts (negative toward oneself and others - as the subconcious can not tell difference).

If most agree, why are accepting all this??
