Depending on your lifestyle it could be many things or a combination of things. Do you work outside the house? Do you have children or a busy schduele?
Fatigue catches up with you. Maybe you are not eating the proper foods or need a vitamin suppliment. Do you take time out during the day for you to rest/relax. Is there a lot of stress?
You may just be worn out or depressed. Hash this through your mind to come up with the solution. You may need medical advice. A physician will help you evaluate what it could be. You may be depressed and not know it. You may also need blood work to see if you are anemic or possibly have mono.

Because you are getting old. Fight it, join a health club and drink lots of water! Yeah, and you may want to go to the doctor to make sure there isn't an underlying health issue.

Iron deficiency Anaemia so try iron vitamin supplements. Be careful because constipation can be caused by excessive iron.

Those are due to an unhealthy lifestyle. if you could cut down on fast food and start exercising. ull feel better.
