Hi , I have type 2 diabetes and have what is refered to as neuropathy, which is numbness in my toes and tingly feeling in my legs. While this may not be the case in your situation, you may want to get checked out. there are several causes for numbness RLS restless leg syndrome you may have seen the commercial, currently my doctor is recommending low dose aspirin....and some therapeutic exercising...however wouldn't do anything til you talk to your doctor. Wish you well

This is usually down to poor circulation, a common problem and easily treated, go to a doctor for information on what treatments will help you most.

No, it is not normal. There can be many reasons for it such as bad circulation, also nerve problems.
