answer sensibly please i am in some pain.

u could be a few things!
trapped wind
pulled muscel seen as u seem to be athletic!
apendix!
i would try and go to the doc pr walk in center at local hosp and get it checked out!

Depends on how long you've had it. It could be constipation.

Try lying down on your back and massage your stomach in a clockwise movement,.

As others have said, best get the doctor see to it if it continues.

it can be a number of things.

please let you dr have a look, but if it is a sharp pain below your stomach it can be a spastic colon. try something like senokot and get loads of fibre into your diet. senokot is very effective and not expensive, but if it doesnt work, let your dr check your urine.

Let's face it - it could be any number of things from you belt being too tight to a burst bladder! Don't waste your time farting about on here - get onto your Doctor - IMMEDIATELY !

could be gall stones get it cheacked out
gall stones is excruchiating pain and the closest a man will ever get to labour pains.
