You need to book an appointment with your gp for yourself and your wife to discuss the problems you are having conceiving they will be able to run the necessary blood tests needed to see if either of you have any fertility problems. The antidepressants you are taking should not cause you to be infertile they will only cause you to achieve less erections or lower sex drive if suffering from side effects.

It could...but it doesn't have to. Lots of anti-depressants cause difficuly reaching orgasm and lack of interest in sex. But not everyone has those side effects. And your doctor can tell you things to do to avoid that problem...other medications, breaks from your dose, etc. Talk to the doc about it if you have trouble, but don't anticipate the worst. You could be one of those people who has NO side effects.

antidepressants called SSRI (eg. prozac, zoloft) may cause ejaculatory problems in men. consult a psychiatrist.
There should be ejaculation in the vagina 3 times a week and for 1 years. Then only you can say you have a problem.

I can't say how it will affect you but I can tell you how it affected me. I lost my will to have sex. All thought of sex and desire disappeared. My husband got extremely frustrated. He thought I didn't love him. I am off them now. He just had to perservere until I was ready to come off of them. Our sex life is fine now. Take them because you need to. Sex is not everything or worth the risk you face being off them. If he loves you he will perservere.
