because they believe their partners love them and will not do it again, they believe it over and over because most of the time their partners say i love it will not ever happen again and im sorry, some women believe they cant do any better, some have very low self esteem but i think most of all the abused women think that their partners will come after then if they leave and their fear their partners actions will be worse than ever before.....

It is almost like their husbands have a hold on them. Some of them are scared to leave fearing that their husband will be them even more. You have to know that life is to be enjoyed , not feared everyday. If there are kids involved, the woman have to leave. At least I would for the children. Another thing I do know from experience is when you take a pipe and try to bash their head in, he'll fear you and stop. Good Luck.

Sorry, but some of these replies are just sick, not funny and are disrespectful and degrading to women. You people should be ashamed of yourself. You disgust me.

I've always felt that before women make a decision they have to think about other people first .....i mean ...she has to think about her children ..it would be alot easier to walk away from it all but what about her children ...she wouldn't want to get her parents upset either ....so they just lump everything for the sake of others .....hey that's how women are made

Because they feel trapped and have no choices. It's a serious mental thing. When someone has made you feel so bad about yourself, it's very easy for them to do just about anything to you.

the women actually believe that their partner is hitting them out of love. it comes from the fact that they're women and not that intelligent in the first place.

They have no money of their own to get out of the situation.
Some women actually told me they keep hagging on their man until he finally beats them and they get a rush from it.
