Some causes to think about: food (modern farming, fertiliser, accelerated growth, lack of mineral - non-organic, food additives), lifestyle, emotional turmoil, environment (electrogmagnetic such as mobile phone, artifical lighting, smoke, chemical), amount chemical we put on our bodies and not enough natural body lotions, etc. Karma (based our previous life actions, actions committed earlier in this life), thoughts (negative toward oneself and others - as the subconcious can not tell difference).
If most agree, why are accepting all this??

Viruses & bacteria are not cause of illness as most studies have proven it. Simple observation, why all people get affected by the virus, even when found in their bodies?????????

Illness (sometimes referred to as ill-health) can be defined as a state of poor health.
WHO (world health organisation) defines health as a state of physical, mental and social equilibrium. If this equillibrium is broken then we are deemed to be unwell or have an illness.
However to some extent we are responsible for our own wellbeing ie if you know something is going to make you unwell be it now or in the future then you shouldnt use/consume it etc
But there are somethings we just are unable to control such as the amount of bacteria/viruses in the atmosphere (unless you live in a protective bubble), mental illness - some pple have a genetic link to some mental illnesses, Social factors, such as divorce, living conditions, lifestyle, for some pple they just live in a vicious circle they cannot get out of (debatable some might say) but we have to look at the bigger picture.
Sorry ive gone off on one, ill shut up now!! End of lecture/essay.

Many illness have a specific cause. The common cold, influenza, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, smallpox, etc. are all caused by specific viruses (many different ones in the case of the common cold). Pneumonia, anthrax, gangrene, TB, and many other illness are caused by different bacteria (again, many different ones in the case of pneumonia). Then there are diseases that are caused by genetic problems such as down's syndrome, Turner's syndrome, some diabetes, bleeding disorders, some cancers like breast cancer, etc. Still others are caused by insufficient diet such as scurvey (too little Vit C). I don't know too much about dietary deficiencies. Some diseases are caused by toxins such as some cancers (like most lung cancer with smoking), lead poisoning, etc. And then there are a whole host of diseases that as of right now, we don't know the cause, and the cause is probably a combination of all the above factors. These would include things like MS, Lou Gherig's, and other neurologic and non-neurologic disorders.

everything but the krama is true, the air you breath the water you drink, the EM waves and radio waves pass through your body, fertlizers are bad for you so are processed foods
the ideal living environment would be as follows
you would have to get a water purification system (reverse omsis) with UV light to pass through the water to strip 97% of the disolved soilds and bacterial colonies in your water, best water is distilled.
the air going into your home would have to be filtered heavyly,
the outside layers of your home should have radio/EM shielding to bounce or reflect all tose waves out there,
your food should have a minuimal amount of 10 servings of perferrably 100% organic fruits and veggies, lean meats perferablly non antibiotic non stroid chicken/turkey/other birds, and controled environment fish (no water containmation like lead aresenic, mercury, etc...) whole grains (organic) luquid fats/nuts that ar e organic as well (example olive oil, flax seed oil, fish oil) milk is on the "daily intake" but if you can do it you can get you calcuim from the veggies you eat or through high grade supplementation, cause milk contains latose and bacterial colonies, S mutanis i think in your mouth feeds off lactose sacrose and frutose and can casue dental caries. floruride is a posion. thats why you should avoid pesticide use. and dont swallow your toothpaste if you still brush your teeth with it, it is also wise to get a UV tooth brush holder that kills 99.9% of the bateria on it after each use, and to replace the tooth brush or brisles on the brush every 30days. no mercury (silver ussually) fillings, and reduce exsposure to x-rays, gamma rays, microwaves, UV rays from tanning beds and to much sun exsposure, the suin is good for you, but you only need 10-30mins a day max in the sun, any longer increses burn rates, if you get a sun burn your skins antioxidant network has be stripped down and your skin begins to die/mutate, to much exspore results in blistering and bubbling of the flesh eventually creating cancer formation.
antioxidants/ minerals, and pytochemicals that come primaryly from fruits and veggies can reduce all forms of disseases , it is also wise to seek out ultra high grade supplements to boost immune function further
keep in mind that there is a defency and a toxicity for all minerals, antioxidants and pytochemmicals and that not all are studied. in other words keep it within range
longest life spans are with those who are veggians with supplementation. but in my view its anyone who can filter everything i said above that'll live the longest.
exercise and stress reduction is critical, but needs an excellent food intake plan to avoid the oxidation of the body (free radical increase) weight lifting is the most ideal form of exercise, running can stress th heart, anyone over 40 running should be careful.

Most illness comes from not washing your hands, or other people not washing theirs.
