i suffer premature ejaculation for a long time and would like to put an end to it. i surfed the net but unfortunatly all the sites are asking for money before giving any sufficiant threatment method. i am not able to pay for them becuase i do not have credit card. profesional answeres would be highly appreciated.

Long ago, I remember my friend telling me a story that he had a worm and the only reason why he knew is because his mother saw it coming out of his butt one night. What is this worm? And it's not like he was just sleeping naked, she took him to the doctor with suspicion that there could be a parasite inside him. The doctor told her to watch his butt to see if anything came out of it while he slept.

I want a detailed description. Please do not tell me "dirty, nasty, gross" as that is not a description of how it smells but useless adjectives to express your displeasure. I don't need that, please. My right ear has reallly been bothering me I thought it was just wax so I wen to Employee Health today ( I work in a hospital) and told the nurse my symptoms. Especially that I was having a hard time hearing out of it. When she looked at my ears she said it wasn't wax that it was a growth. And if I didn't take care of it soon I wouldn't be able to hear. What are the chaces that I'll have to get surgery.
