Do not worry, about height, ever. Girls grow till 17 and boys grow till 20. Height, depends on genes. No external, effort will help you, whoever claims, whatever. Whatever, height you may ultimately achieve, do not allow, any type of complex to set in. Short people have been great achievers. It is no disability.

That's an age old question with an age old answer. There's nothing you can do about your height. It's genetic. We're all stuck with what we get. Think about it. Do you think there'd be any short people if anything worked?

You can't "DO" anything about it.
(the Heightmax pills and others like it are all SCAMS!!)
Just eat right, and get some exercise to keep yourself healthy, and you WILL get taller - nature will take care of it for you!

I've heard that cycling helps though I'm not quite sure about it...... it all finally depends on the kind of genes that you have inherited.

play the hand you are dealt. you will probably get taller with time anyways. you ARE young, you are just insecure which is understandable. be proud of who you are and nothing else matters

stand on a phone book , that will give you about 3 inches
