you need to calm down, there is something else going on in your life, that is causing you anxiety. The problem with your neck is also caused from stress. Your number one priority is your health, if you don't eat right you will feel like s**t, if you do not sleep right you will feel like s**t. You are having problems with your relationship and that will make you feel like s**t.....
You need to see a mental health professional and many communities have non-profit offices, you just have to look for them and ask.....
RE-GROUP...you need to eat and sleep....I do not advocate drinking, but if a beer will make you sleep better, do it...
Once you focus attention on getting yourself stable, you need to find something to take your mind off of your relationship with your girlfriend.
If things do not work out with your girlfriend, that might be a good thing, did you ever consider that....did you ever consider that there is someone else out there that will be better for you?
Hang in there, I am praying for you, let me know how it is going....

You said that you "feel like your g/f does not care about you."
This means that whatever's going on in your mind right now is an unfounded thought that you need to validate with her.
Initially, you could start by sharing with her your feelings, so that you will not waste your energy having that kind of feeling. She's the only one who could help you put your mind at ease with your relationship.
You may also want to look into the previous circumstances [if you could still recall] that led you into having this kind of feeling towards her, when she said she doesn't want to break up with you at this stage in your relationship.
Perhaps there could have been a gap somewhere in your relationship, communication maybe?
When was the last time you two had a really nice conversation over matters? Or when was the last time you guys shared a hearty laugh over a silly thought?
You need to find out where your anxiety is coming from, so that you get to save your energy and use it into a more productive activity.

I can relate I'm going through something like that. Maybe for all the people above it's just easy to drop out of relationship. All I seem to hear about on here is, bad/problemed relationships is "just leave", but for a lot of people it's not that easy.
I have depression and anxiety and my BF was the one person to always cheer me up and be there for me. Now that things have been rocky how do I just throw him out of my life when he's been my friend and my love?
*hugs* to you Moto I hope we both can get through it.

Get out of it... i mean run as fast as you can away from that girl. I am not joking, i was in a relationship like that. I lost weight and i got sick so many times. The best thing i did for myself was to get out of the relationship. What are you waiting for? I am telling you things will not get better sorry to say.

You have to go with your gut. If you are having these feelings then you need to break up with her. You don't need her permission, you need to do what is best for your well being. Get rid of her, then take care of yourself. Once you are well again, you can find yourself someone that is right for you.

I would perhaps seek some type consoling, otherwise, your not eating right could cause you to have bigger problems. Guys can develop eating disorders.
