Sometimes I just HAVE TO get sugery drinks or chocolate. Other times I dont feel like it.

Is possible that you're getting sudden drops in your blood sugar. Maybe you're spacing too far apart each meal or you're not consuming a balanced meal. Try eating 3 balanced meals during the day (balanced meal: a vegetable, a meat and a starch) with a light snack in between each meal. That should help keep your sugar level under control.
