I have some rudimentary equipment, a Ted Williams weight set and a weight bench and bar. I also have a curling bar. I am getting a punching bag. What is the best way to tone and build my arm muscles? i've always heard that for toning you need to do endurance curling...is this true? thanks.

Since I quit smoking, in order to fill up the "5 mins time gap" I develop a habit of drinking coffee and water when I am working on my desk. I can drink around 2 litres of water and 3 cups of coffee in around 4 hours time! One night, I drank a record level of 5 litres of water. A friend of mine told me that I can damage my kidney by drinking too much water and spoilt my heart by drinking too much coffee! Can someone verify this for me?

My 13 month old baby got hand foot and mouth, and it is finally clearing up. Now my 3 year old son is showing signs of it as well. I was wondering if they will just keep passing this back and forth to each other or if it would be over with after just 1 round a peice.

i am having a terrible cold, i was having slight fever and major headache the past two days, now the fever is gone, but i still have headache and cold sweating sometimes. and i have a stuffy nose"not so bad, but won't go away" I have taken so far, the Excedrin "extra strength", some cough medicine, and i just bought the Advil, Liqui-gels
I am wondering if that would help with the cold and the headache. because it says to relieve pain and headache due to "cold", does that mean that it will help me get through the headache due to cold as well as the cold? i feel so tired and dizzy, please help!

i consulted specialists n they just said i am considered healthy carrier, meaning i am not contagious and its just that i may not be able tro donate blood and othe organs.y problem is that i am applying for immigarnt visa for america.i am anxious if this condition would stop me from being approved w the visa.my question is would i be able to get an immigrant visa even if i have hepa b even hough i am not contagious?i was tested for aids n vdrl..all are negative.in my family my mother has hepa b.my brother has too.i am 37years old now.i have been to specialist n they just said i am okay n there are no medicineor no cure, as long as i stay healthy and i will be fine.please tell me if do i have the chance to work in america with my health status.by the way my husband has no hepa b.were married for 17years now.please help me..i feel so depressed...my medical check up for immig visa would ne 2months from now...im so anxiuos...

I know it's normal to feel irritable before and during your period, but I always feel downright horrible. I feel like I could cry for no reason! A dog food commercial made actual tears run down my face today. A memory of a guy I once dated made me want to pick up the phone, call him, and start asking him if he wanted to give things another shot! (That's not only sensitive, that's downright nuts!)..Does anyone else get like this?? An explanation or maybe your funny stories dealing with this issue would really be helpful.
