Does anyone know what the Bodywedge 21 is and if so has it worked for you and do you like it?

I just looked at the website and truthfully, I don't see any exercises there that you can't do with a chair or incline bench.

If you don't have an incline bench, $20.00 for this product seems like a pretty safe risk.

Truthfully, most of the exercises look like they could just as easily and effectively, be done on the floor
