You may have diverticulitis; the little sacs in the intestines get foods like nuts, tomato seeds, etc stuck in them and they get infected, causing bloating, gas, and uncomfortable feelings. You may want to see a gastroenterologist. It can be controlled by eliminating these foods in your diet and taking in plenty of fiber.

Drink more water. Eat more fiber. Use a gentle stool softener or laxative (on rare occasions). It sounds like you have a bowel problem. If the above suggestions don't work, see a doctor because the problem could be other than a digestive issue.

It could be problems with your kidneys- watch your salt intake carefully.

See your doctors about this one, it's something that you really shouldn't just stick to the advice of people online. You need the opinion of a credited professional who can actually see you in the flesh.

You need to check your diet. You are probably not getting enough fiber.
Add lots of fruit and vegetables so you can go to the bathroom more often.
Add super dieter's tea to your diet ( you can google it or look for it at your local health store). Good luck

if it is with the digestive system, consider irritible bowel syndrome. check on webMD for more detailed symptoms of that. it wouldn't hurt to check it out.
