Eat lots of fiber (fruits, veggies, bran cereal) and drink tons of water until 9-3. On 9-4 and 9-5 avoid foods that make you bloat, avoid salty food, avoid carbonated beverages, and keep drinking lots of water.

Also, do at least an hour of cardio every day. Before your first meal is best.
