I don't know of any medication that helps but relaxing and enjoying your sexual experience will bring one on faster and may lead to having two or more.

Wild yam has helped me. Be sure to get one that says it is standardized extract. I get mine from Swanson because it is cheaper there. It has also made my hot flashes go away.

not needed to use it -- but Libidex is offered through a site I use to get st. john's wort. might be worth trying.... though, looking up Tantra and learning about it might be just as satisfying
