No dental therapists in the US?

Sorry to answer you this way, but I just have not been able to respond to very many letters using Yahoo! and I don't have e-mail addresses.

Mmmm, I wonder if they will ever look into doing something similar to the university degrees that Australia and NZ have. Not that I feel that we make much of a difference to the long term dental health of some people (some parents just don't want to listen to any advice given) but at least all children here are entitled to free dental treatment until the age of 17.
