Does any one know what would be a good suppliment or natural remedy for anxiety? My 25 year old daughter keeps saying she needs the doctor to perscibe nerve pills for her,but I'd much rather she give a natural method a try before drugs. She has two young children,and meds. could just wear her out besides being addicting. Thanks.

Why is it that everyday I sneeze only once and it's always from 2pm-3pm?

The last few days I looked at the time whenever I do my one-a-day sneeze and its always like 2:30pm, or 2:45pm, or even 2:15pm and I only sneeze once a day!

i jsut find out that i'm pregnant and my blood suger during this month was so bad does effect on babay?

my suger was 500 all the time and my A1C test was 11 and i just found out that i'm pregnanat .i'm dead scare about it becasuei just read about that and it was say babay might have defect oh god how many precent do think the babay hase the defect i rather have and abortion than have babay with defect.

If used to heat things in the microwave, does plastic really cause cancer?

I am not sure of the reliability of the source...but I recently read that Johns-Hopkins did a study, and they found that plastic containers, as well as plastic wrap, can release dioxin when used in heating foods in the microwave.

Is this true?

I think my boyfriend has vitiligo, he wont get it checked out?

The lack of melanin in his skin is leaving light blotchy patches on his shoulders neck and back. He says it is not bothering him and this is all fine but I think he should get it checked out just to be sure. Is it anything to worry about? most of the information I have found is quite vague and he is refusing to go to the doctors. If you are a sufferer or know anything about it I would appreciate your info.

Anybody had the contraceptive injection?

I had the injection at the end of June and my first period was on time and normal, but my second one which started in July is really weird. I've been on for nearly 5 weeks now and there's hardly any blood but it's really dark in colour (sorry if I'm grossing anyone out), I've spoke to my contraceptive nurse and she says its not uncommon. It's really frustrating me, does anyone have experience on this subject? Is it really normal?

WHY am i always hungry?

I am always hungry. I can eat a meal and i feel full and then half an hour later i feel hungry again. when im home i always go to the fridge and get something. it is very annoying.

i cant even go on any kind of a diet, i eat healthy most of the time and i try to eat only at certain times a day and nothing in betweeen but its jsut too hard. i go and get some snack and i feel like i need it and its wont make a difference and when im done i feel bad and like i didnt eally need to have that snack to begin with. im not fat and everyone tells me taht i shouldnt loose any weight but i jsut wanna get rid of a few pounds because i felt better and im more energetc when my weight was lower.

PLs tell me why im always hungry and what should i do to not be hungry? and if u have any good sggestions for diets and weight loss u can include that too

Does any know how to relieve joint pain?

My doc says it's through the menopause i'm 49 don't have any other symptoms, but my joints really ache especially my wrist at night i get woken up. i try pain killers but they don't relly help
