I'm not bulimic nor anorexic, I'm 5 ft 5, 112lbs, and I wanna lose 10 pounds and that's it, I do work out but the results are just too slow.
Don't tell me how bad Anorexia or Bulimia are, I probably already know everything you'd tell me about them.
Don't tell me I need to workout more, an hour a day is exhausting already.
and please don't tell me to eat healthy, I do eat healthy, but I can't stop eating Chocolate and pepperoni pizza sometimes!
I wanna throw up once aday after my main meal, I will brush my teeth immediately afterwards and I will take vitamins.
My question is, is it so addictive that I'm gonna forget what my goals were? and is it true that I might not be able to stop anytime I want?
Any tips?
No smart a$$ answers please, I know I know I need help.
