Depends on the guy. If he pulls back the foreskin and washes underneathe it daily with water and soap (like any other part of the body) there should be no hygiene issues. However, if a guy doesn't wash down there, it won't matter if he's cut or not.

They both are the same with hygine. The poor hygine thing was a cop-out excuse to promote circumcision to try and stop masturbation in the United States.

A daily shower and retraction of the foreskin will prevent poor hygiene. I suppose some men could get lazy and not do this daily. Then of course there would be a very undesirable odor.

At age 52 and tought as a child to clean my self. I have never had any problem. Nor have my 2 boys 20 and 16.
Wash your self whenyou shower or bath and no problem should you have.

No. Most men know enough to pull the skin back and wash it when they shower.

If it was true. women have evenly poorer hygiene. So it depends on how men/wowen treat themselves.
