I have used nutrisystem and in a month i lost 15 pounds it works unbelievably good you just have to stick to it and not cheat. My mom as well uses it and she lost weight like crazy im not sure how much, and the food is delicious! I had the vegetarian one and it was great and mom said the same about her non-veggie one. I defiantly think you should try it.

Everyone I know who used Nutrisystem... lost their gall bladders within eighteen months. They DID lose weight though.

My friend did and she said it tasted nasty and to never use it.

i think they use hydrogenated oils. kind of junky
