If you just admire them for their looks then no you are not gay. Its normal if you are confident enough in yourself.

No. Most people can tell if they think someone is good looking or not. It's "socially accepted" for women to look at another women and pay her a compliment. Unfortunately, many men are uncomfortable with this, even if they don't voice the compliment. But ask yourself, how can you not notice that a person is good looking or otherwise? Are you a man hater if you think a guys is unatttractive?
Now, if other feelings accompany admiration, such as you feel like kissing him, then you might consider the possibility. You're okay either way.

No, just honest. I think it's pretty uncommon in the straight world for MEN to be comfortable saying that Bruce Willis is good looking for his age, or Johnny Depp looks really good in a nice suit.
Women are totally comfortable with this, but a lot of guys just accuse each other and consider it a kind of weakness. I'm gay, and I have a lot of straight guy friends. They are all pretty comfortable with their sexuality, and not afraid to admit they know the difference between a handsome guy and just some dude. I think that's what all this is about, just being comfortable with your sexuality.

I am a female and will admit to admiring another woman who looks great
I have co-workers who look great in anything they wear.
I am always praising my friends for their taste in clothes

I am 60yr old and am not nor ever have been gay
I think it is up to you to ignore the ignorant
If people have such small minds they have a problem.
Some of my good friends are gay and wonderful people.

No, of course not. Everyone can recognize a person's relative attractiveness, whether the same sex or the opposite sex, and it's natural to admire something attractive. Men have long emulated other men they think look attractive, sexy, tough, macho, etc. Most men are just timid of expressing their admiration. It's one thing to think someone is attractive, it's totally another to be attracted *to* a person.

Not nessicarily. If you don't like the way you look and wished you look like something else, you just lack the self esteem to accept yourself. Like it or not, some people are just better looking and have better (and likely healitier bodies) than others. It doesn't hurt to admire someone elses looks, just like you'd admire someones car or house. You're probably not gay but you lack self esteem.

I dont want to be judgemental, however I am very opinionated. I would say you need to be in touch with who you are and discover yourself and your feelings. They say its the beginning of being gay, when you admire the same sex. HOWEVER: if you still admire women to then it could be you are bi-sexual and may not realize it. Dear Jesus, The people that would even think that you were gay for even asking that question, have the problem!!! Of course you are not gay for thinking that!! I know lot's of men who think other men are attractive and they are married with kids!!

admire? it depends on what context you are talking about. you can like the way a person looks and say "he looks cool", but it doesn't mean that you want to get with them.
add details to your question. i hope that 'admire' in this case does not mean 'attracted to'.

No, but it would be OK if you were gay, too. Advertisers select good looking guys to model their products because all of us, men and women, gay or str8, know what a good looking guy looks like and like that look.
