Its hardest to lose fat in the thighs for women, just as it is hard for men to lose it in the gut. The answer does not lie with 'what exercise' as you ask, but that whatever exercise you choose, to have fun with it and increase your intensity and load over time. It takes will power to lose weight, do you have it in you??

Wow, it saddens me to see how many women are confused and mislead about losing weight. Spot fat reduction out of surgery is a myth. Does not exist. Period. End of story. You have to do some sort of cardio where your heart rate stays elevated to burn off the fat. The skin is an organ that covers the body as a whole, fat is stored on the skin, and it does not compartmentalize. If you ever watch an animal get skinned you'd know that the skin can be peeled off in 1 quick tug. It's not the best way to say it, but it should help get the point across. No matter how much you workout with weights, or no matter how much exercise you do for the area infront of your armpits, that area will always be flabby unless you lower the body fat % as a whole. Good diet, and good exercise is the only way unless your planning on surgery. Also even if you could spot fat reduce which you can't, you'll just pinch off one area, and then you'll create imbalances in others. You will constantly be unhappy. The only real answer is to shape your entire body. Quit looking for easy ways out with diet pills or anything else. If you also read the fine print on those things it also says "along with good diet and exercise". Who am I kidding how many people actually take the time to read the fine print on things that they're putting into their bodies these days? Stop being lazy, eat better, and workout.

Oh lord, if you find the answer ot the thighs, let me know. lol Seriously, I ride an exercise bike, for 30 minutes a day (most days) and it helps a lot. In fact, I've slacked off this summer and I've noticed a huge difference. Am getting back into it.

The arms, do backwards pushups. Put your hands on the edge of a chair, feet extended out in front of you, and lowerself down and up, it works not only the back of the arms, but the chest and a couple other muscles too. It's taking me a while, cause I've got a lot of flab, but I've been doing two sets of 12 every day for about a month now and I'm starting to see good results. The flab is going way and my arms look much more toned.

Well I play soocer. And to get out thighs fit we run down the hiils and then on the way up we run backwards. Beware running backwards up a hill really hurts. Also we do 100 push-ups every day to get our arms built, and that might help for your arms.

Exercise doesn't target cellulite. It targets muscles. Proper diet allows your body to burn fat properly when combined with exercising. You can do all the sit ups you want, but if you eat like a cow, you will just have ripped abs hidden under all the fat.
