Your muscles get pumped up and filled with blood and you actually for a while grow and gain. If you do nothing your muscles shrink and you lose.
The advantage of having strong healthy muscles, not huge ones either, is that they will help you burn calories.
Just keep doing it, you will break through and make progress
shortly!

You're probably getting more hungry as you are working out and then you eat more than you should. Don't be confused, nothing especially wrong is happening to you, the rules to losing weight are true and apply to everyone....working out helps to lose weight when you combine it with control calorie intake at the same time.
Lay off the protein and don't worry about weight, fat loss calculation is not as easy as stepping on a scale.

I am the same way. The day i work out i gain liike 3 pounds the next day i don't eat heathy or workout or anything and i lose like 5 pounds. It is really weird .Maybe your gainging the weight in muscles.

thats not weird AT ALL. u must have just started working out cuz the only reason ur gaining weight is that ur body is building the muscle it needs to do the work ur doing. keep working out and eating healthy. altho atm ur gaining weight ur gaining muscle and burning fat and then when your muscle is where it needs to be to do the work ull start losing weight super fast. and when u slow down at losing weight u just amp up your workout and ull keep losing weight. u can IM me if u want lol.

cause when u know u have to eat healthy, youthink about nothing but food, when your just normal, the balance is just right! Its mad, but sometimes dieting is the worst thing, cause u crave the forbbiden fruit and end up binging out! sometimes im really good all day, but pick at things at night, Then dont understand why ive gained, because i disregard things i pick at!!!!!!Like it doesnt count but all adds up without u realising! If u loose when your normal, then your everyday diet and exercise is right 4 u!!!!

when your working out your gaining muscle but when you stop you lose it and muscle weighs nearly twice more than fat so think about that...i didnt work out for a week or 2 and lost 8 lbs but looked the exact same, i just didnt have the stanima and muscle to do what i used to before i stopped

u don't have much fat to lose.. u're just gaining muscle and muscle mass along with it when u work out.. not necessarily a bad thing.. when u don't work out n eat normally meaning not specifically healthy u don't gain any fat r any muscle mass.. muscle mass kinda starts to deteriorate too if u don't keep up the work out..

Muscle and moisture are heavier than fat. When you eat unhealthy, you lose muscle and moisture. You may look and feel lighter, but your body is working so much harder to function, and you are aging more quickly. I know that vanity will dictate how you treat your body, so it's your choice.
