personally it depends on the man. Some like it and have no problem others think it is gross. You should let him know what to expect if you are going to get into a sexual relationship. Even if you do not let him insert. I know a women who has many many orgasims and we had to use a towel for the bed. She was on hormone therapy and wet the towel not the covers of the bed.
