There's rice and corn left. Many products such as noodles and breads are made with flour ground from those two grains. Start reading your labels at the store.

Celtic disease? You mean celiac? You can eat quinoa, another grain available at health food stores.

do you have celiac's disease? or allergic to glutten? if you are then you can use potatoes for things also you can use potato flour to make things, you can check out a website called gluttenfreegirl.com (I think thats the name of it) and you can get repipes and stuff off that one. But seriously potatoes are a good stand in for making things that usually have glutten in them (or in the case of celiac's usually you can use potatoes to thicken things if you need to, soups and sauces and stuff) but check with your doctor to make sure that would be acceptable. But you should be able to find plenty of stuff to eat.

Sounds like you have Siliac Disease. You can't eat breads or pastas.
