At least you are aware that you are not thinking how you would usually think. There might be a reason why you can't think straight. Stress can do that, it can cause repetitive unwanted thoughts. Like you must have met people that are so deeply in debt that they wake up sweating in the middle of the night, and feel sick in the pit of their stomach?
Try writing down your thoughts, and sorting out which ones you want and which ones you don't.
If you are really concerned, google for 'the samaritans' and 'mind' and talk to them.

I would really recommend writing things down. Make lists. Write Notes.
Thoughts are like smoke. When we write things down we are able to see the process.
Also do consider that it might be a real physical problem. Lack of water and lack of sleep will do it.
But so will low or high blood pressure, micro-strokes or a whole host of very real medical problems that are NOT psychological.

Look at something you find pleasing to the eye and count to 100 slowly whilst breathing deeply (breathe in 1 - breathe out 2, in 3, out 4, etc.... This will calm you down and help you to focus.
We all get like that sometimes - HONEST - you're not alone - or weird - you're just human that's all.

Well First take a minute or two to collect yourself.
Realize everything you do has a consequences behind it.
If you are having thoughts of hurting yourself or others see a professional.
Keep a journal of thoughts and feelings.

Go out for a walk..
breathe in the fresh air and calm down..
look around and observe whats around you..
and be happy that you are you and your alive and have lots of friends that care for you :)

go to the bathroom fill a bowl up with warm bubbly water ( bubblebath or foot soak ) lay a towel on the floor to place the bowl on, remove your shoes and socks and soak your feet, this always helps me think straight................
