apart from smells does it, or even normal soap, kill germs?

The only thing I have ever seen was a piece of stainless steel that was cut to look like a bar of soap but it wasn't soap. It's not for bathing but to get smells like fish and onions off of your hands.

I believe stainless steel "soap" is used to get onion and garlic smells off your hands. I think you still need to wash with regular soap. I thnk only anti bacterial soap kills germs.

Hey, it would save u a fortune in soap, it would last forever.....
not sure about germs though....

No, it's to remove garlic and chilli etc. residue from your hands - which it does fabulously!! Then you wash your hands with 'normal soap' to get them 'normal clean'.

Only if you use it with a stainless steel wool flannel ;o)
