I love to do hip hop dancing and i was wondering is a big workout, because if its not im thinking about joining kick boxing (which i dont enjoy as much) But i heard that hip hop isn't a big workout. Also how old do you have to be to usually sign up on your own? 16, 17, 18 anyone have any idea?

I recently moved into the city, so now I am walking to and from work, thirty minutes each way five days a week, plus I walk to and from the store, ect. all the time. I eat healthy food in reasonable portions. Yet since I've moved (8 weeks ago) I've gained more fat on my stomach. My legs are toning, but I'm getting a gut. Help!

It doesn't happen regularly but every now and again, sometimes as rare as twice a year I get this horrible sharp pain in my upper back going from my shoulders to about the middle of my back. i'm 16 and have always been slender with a small appetite. but since i've turned 16.....i'm always hungry! i used to could not even eat a whole whopper...now i can eat 3 double whoppers with lg fry and still be hungry.i can eat a X-L pizza...and have large servings of stuff we fix at home...now i'm suffering for it because i've out-grown all my clothes in months and gained like 20 lbs.but i just can't stop because i'm hungry! like now i'm eating 2 big macs super sized.....i am ashamed of myself...my fav shirt i can't wear because it shows my developing chest/body hair which i don't want anyone to see...i mean i have a line connecting my armpit hair to my chest. is that normal? plz help me and answer!!!!

I was prescribed cephalexin 500mg because of an infection. I had some problems with the cephalexin. I went to the Emergency room and the nurse said i had a fast heart rate. Could the med be causing my fast heart rate??
