Its called maturing. You are out growing your baby body and growing into a man. I would cut down on the junk food and start working out and eating properly. You'll be the man all the ladies want to date if you grow "beefy" not fatty....

Sounds like you are addicted to "junk food." Yes, it is tasty but full of fat and crap that will put weight on you. Start cooking your own meals so at least you will not what is in it and what you can eliminate. Make popcorn if you need a snack, eat some fruit or make low cal milk shake with Splenda. Get some exercise, run around the block once a day. You can do it...you have just developed bad habits and they'll kill you if not your social life.

Your hormones may be changing. Eat slowly. Drink a lot of water before your meals (and throughout the day) to fill your stomach and trade junk food in for real food. If you eat good food it will fill you up more and you'll be healthier. You should have balanced meals with vegetables because you can fill up on them. That junk food is bad news in all ways. Also, do some exercise. Even 1/2 hour of walking or riding your bike each day will help.

maybe your just hungry... I mean when my brother was around 13-14 he would eat a little here and there. Now he is about your age. and he eats like there is no tomorrow. He can eat as much as you. So im not sure what is it. But if u wanna lose weight eat alot of fruits or run/walk a mile or so everyday. Don't eat fast food. thats one way to help just eat home-made food.....

u r maturing hard and fast...eat healthy foods to keep the weight down a little, and all the **** that is pumped into the cows to get them big for whoppers isn't healthy...it is probably increasing the maturing process

stop eating fast food and pizza, and start eating fruit vegetables, and a salad before every meal

An increased appetite? AND craving for food? duh.
They mean the same thing. Just quit eating so much junk. You are what you eat.

May want to keep some fresh fruit and veggies around for munching. So you won't eat as much of the fattening foods.

I would eat healthier. You can eat as much health food as you want and not gain any weight. Trust me on that one.
