1. make sure you are sufficiently hydrated.
2. Is there a source of tension in your life? relax when they make you tense.

An herbal remedy is the peel of a quarter to a half a lemon. break it in small bits so there is plenty of exposed lemon oil. Place on neck or brow and tie with a bandana. Smell the lemon and relax. Migraine gone.

I'm assuming that your migraines have been diagnosed my a MD. I started getting migraines in the 7th grade, and still deal with them (I am 29).You may want to talk with your doctor and see if birth control pills would help. The pill may regulate hormones that could reduce your migraines. Even if you and your parents do not want to go that route, DO talk with a physician. There are many treatments available. I see a chiropractor for mine and have not had a migraine for a little over a year. I used to get one every 2 weeks or so.

Stay well hydrated (drink a lot of water) and if you are not allergic to it, try some aspirins when your migraine comes on.

Dissolve 2-3 soluable aspirin and drink it down just as soon as you feel the migraine coming on. Give it a bit of time and see if that takes the migraine away.

Could be some food allergy. Try avoiding certain foods from your diet, i.e. aged cheeses, like cheddar, for starters. See what happens.
