unfortunately, you have to do crunches.
My stomach is the one thing I hate about my body.

Are you talking flat tummy or toned tummy? Someone here said it before, but yes, running or walking helps you lose weight all over your body. It's first hired last fired sorta order. You should do sit ups plus also, strength training in other areas of your body too, because muscle burns fat all the time, even while you're asleep. In other words, having toned triceps and biceps may help keep the fat off your stomach more effectively than sit ups. Of course, sit ups will help tone your stomach and make it look nicer...not exactly flatter because well, muscles aren't flat. Anyway, about fat loss, first hired, last fired.

Walking and / or running exercises by them selves, will not lead to a flat tummy.
To get a flat tummy you have to tighten the abdominal muscles and there are special exercises for that.
One very simple one is to tighten up your tummy, hold it to the count of ten and slowly relax. Repeat this five times. Do the exercise once every waking hour and watch your tummy flatten out.

Im sure its possible, the only problem is that you have no say over where you lose the fat, it does not necessarily get burned from you stomach area. It also consists of a healthy diet. If you eat at mcdonalds twice a day, it doesnt matter how much you run, you not goin to burn off the calories, so eat healthy. If your doing crunches, running daily, and eat better, you should be getting there within 2 months.

i lost a lot of weight on my stomach, but i also watched what i ate. I drank a lot of water too.
The running and walking will reduce the amount of fat all over your body, not just your stomach. But for me, my stomach is where i lose most of my weight first. Anyways, i think it is a good way to start off then add in some crunches.

there is no such thing as an instant tummy tuck just because you excercise and eat "healthy" doesn't mean that you will lose weight overnight and achieve a flatter tummy talk to your doctor before commiting to any diet plan only he or she can decide what diet plan is right for you and your body type.

I did , but you have to diet too and eat lower fat foods, walking burns calories and i did lots of crunches and full sit ups and my stomach is flat as a board.

We can't help you. Y!A isn't a pregnancy test. Take your test tomorrow, although if your period is due tomorrow and you're bleeding today, it's pretty obviously your period. Most of all, stop worrying. I really, REALLY doubt you're pregnant. Just take your test. (First thing in the morning, the first time you pee, for highest accuracy.) And don't worry. And don't have unprotected sex. That's just asking for trouble. Do you want these worries every month?

do a full body circuit workout every other day. and eat vegetables and low fat chicken. no sugars. (or keep them to a minimum) concentrate on your legs they are your big est muscles. while your muscles heal it burns more fat. cardio(running etc...) will burn fat for up to an hour or two after you are done but if you wight train you can burn fat 24-48 hours after your workout is done
