Yes, when you are 18 you get to do all most anything; but when you turn 21 it's whatever (you're free)

No, I am sorry you aren't. So many think they are, and some may be mature at 18 and some may not mature until much later . You asking the question though tells me that you may have some maturing yet to do. No offense at all. Some of us rush into being grown, making own decisions etc. If you are responsible enough to hold down a job, go to school and pay your
own way thru life that maybe a sign you are grown. But why rush it. Stay in the nest a little longer, learn and grow.
Hope this helps you.

i know some that are 30 and not grown. It depends on your maturity. So each person different. I wouldn't say i was grown at the age of 16 but i was in my own place, had a job car and took care of myself. some don't know how to do that with 30 like i said. What you probably meant was if you are legal to do what you want without your parents OK?? I would say yes. Legal but not always mature

No. Not from what I've seen lately among 18-25. Depends on the person.

Ask yourself.
Can I share my opinion, although it will most likely not be accepted, and will I care?

Does alcohol have to be around for there to be a good time? And if so, does it have to lead to intoxication?

Do I have to have nice things, spin out at red lights, use expletives in public, or put down others to impress people?

These are just a few things to ask yourself. If your actions demonstrate ignorance over intelligence and self over selfless, then no. Your not grown.

Theyre all kinds of Answers to This...... The Most Of Us wouldnt be even Close to Grown........ But in the case of a Young Adult who may have lost parents and had to take on the responsibilty of raising their younger Brother or Sister..... I'd Imagine they Grew up right fast.... possibly before they reached 18. Growing Up depends on your Maturity Not your Age :-)

Not by far, 18 is the number of years you have spent on earth but to be being grown never stops. When your 18, yes your legal to make choices for yourself, buy cigs, and in some parts of the world alcohol, but you still have a lot to learn about being part of the real world.

It depends, everyone finishes physical growth at different rates. However, mental, emotional, spiritual, and even moral growth, which make up maturity in my opinion, may take your lifetime. I personally think that people never stop growing in this way unless there is some mental disability, or you die. It's a lifelong learning experience, so enjoy the journey and try not to be in such a hurry to finish this journey. Have a good one :)

No. You don't stop growing until your late 20s. Your brain doesn't reach maturity until you are 23 or 24. You have a lot of maturing to do after 18.

well that depends on how you mean it... yes you can sign up for the army and put your life at risk for this country and smoke cigarettes while doing that and vote but you cant drink your not mentally mature until you are around 25 i think and you could still be developing so it really depends on what you mean. if your fighting with the parents and you say your an adult and you can make your own choices thats true unless of course your living under their roof.

No. You won't mature emotionally until you are at least 21 i would say and people can continue to grow physically until the age of 22.
