I really want to lose weight and I need to lose 45 by 1/31/07? I don't like to run, can someone please help me out??? Thank you so much

If you don't like running, walk. It still burns calories and is lower impact for your body. Do it at least 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week.

Then find some other activities that get your heart rate up. You could go to a gym, play sports, or even just buy a workout video to do in your own home. Get your heart rate up and you will be burning fat.

u can start walking a mile or so everyday. OR if there is a trail around where u are. don't eat fast food. or eat out that much. If u wanna lose weight just eat fruit and drink Lots of water.

Eat healthy. Cut out soda, drink lots of water, don't eat foods high in fat, sugar, calories. Eat lots of fruits and veggies.

There are so many forms of excercise out there. Just do what you like to do. Play a sport, walk, lift weights, ect.

You don't have to run to lose weight. Pick an activity that you enjoy, and do it, for example, swimming, riding a bicycle, aerobics, skating, dancing, to name a few suggestions.

workout 4-6 times a week, increase your protein and aim for 200 minutes of cardio a week
