what could cause your left hand to fall asleep, feel dumb when you wake up or laying down, sometimes has a slight, only notice a little shake when on the keyboard??

It's probably just a nerve problem with the hand, but if you experience hand tremors even when not on the keyboard for a long time, you might want to consult with a Doctor.....Parkinson's disease often shows up as a tremor such as you described, and if that's what it is, then you want to be diagnosed as soon as possible. So, see your Doc to get an accurate diagnosis.

I don't know if this would apply to you.But what was happening to me was I would get trembling in my left foot soon after I would lay down for the night.
I am on a special diet right and have noticed that the trembling has gone away.Because my family has a history of diabetes thats what came to mind.It may not mean that you have diabetes but that its a warning of it.
What I did was to reduce my sugar intake.And some exercise added too.May not be whats happening to you.But its something to think about.

pressure on nerves in hand and wrist.

i have that with my limbs and i'm anemic. get your blood tested.
