Though it can vary based on bone structure, a good rule of thumb is "(age x 7) + 5".
So, at 13 x7 (which is 91) plus 5 (totals 96). So, you should be around 96 pounds or so. I'd say if you were, depending on your bone structure about 90 - 101 pounds, you should be happy.

haha, i'm a 13 going on 14 year old girl and i weigh 97 pounds, but i'm on the skinny side.
for a boy, i'm guessing like 120.

depends on height. rule of thumb (for cyclists anyway) is double your height in inches is ideal weight (not to little power in legs, not too much or too fat). For example, i am 5'6" (last tiem i checked) and i weigh 138 when i am "heavy" (middle of day, after big meals) and 133 when i am not (early morning). i should aim for 132.
