From now on, whenever I hear a girl say "I'm on a diet", I will convince her she looks terribly fat and hence ugly, hopefully guiding her to starvation. I'm good at it.
Why do so many people think 'going on a diet' would be the perfect solution, when it's really a short-term fix? Of course you gain weight again when the diet program is over.. It's like junk food, wholesome for a minute or so. Why not try a lasting change in the eating pattern instead, 'phasing out' certain malnutrition? I don't get it.
