Here's an answer from someone who's studied martial arts and boxing for 7 years. The number one attribute in winning a fight is to keep a clear head. This way you can react in a timely manner to whatever comes your way.
I see answers saying that being big slows you down.Huh?Mike Tyson was arguably the fastest heavyweight of his time.He was usually around 220 lbs and have excellent defensive skills as well as a gigantic punch or punches in succession.
Training or retraining you reflexes is vital for some but being in a calm state of mind is most important of all.Sure, some people can flip out and win fights but an experienced fighter can use this against you by effectively countering everything that you throw.
Tall people have marriage of gravity on their side against a shorter opponent by punching down but to use Mike as an example again he knocked out many many people almost a foot taller than him.All of the things you point out are factors but it depends on whether the fight is standing or on the ground.

The mind is the most important element in fighting. Although it does not hurt to have strong muscles and quick reflexes.
