Iv been getting really bad period pain does that mena i'm gonna have a heaver period...
i really wanna know please help me.

its sounds like it yes have a hot bath and get a hot water bottle and paracetamol and codeine and a big bar of chocolate

Period pains are pains caused by uterus contractions, which literally means your uterus is "doing exercises" and it hurts you. It doesn't mean you'll have a heavier period. The period doesn't depend on these contractions only, but on many other things, such as hormones, etc.

Hi, for me i get more period pains when i have a light period than when i have a heavy one, its werid. But i think it could just depend on what your body wants to do i suppose.

I usually get cramps before I start menstruating, and it doesn't mean my cycle is heavier. But again, it's different for everyone, so you'll have to wait and see.
