its the old remake of gloria stevens salon...
I worked at gloria stevens...its not a difficult workout.
curves has no men which is good because its easier to workout without the men looking at the ladies...but, i dont think its a place i'd pay to workout at....try fast walking...it is much better, and cheaper....good luck

My mom goes to Curves several times a week and loves it. She has lost several pounds but more than that she's lost inches.
