Lot of Carbs in indian Food rice, breads e.t.c
Curry contains lot of oil, and most of them don't workout or anything
EAT > Sleep > Go to Work

i am an indian female and i seem to carry it around my waist as well. it is an indian trait, i don't think it has anything to do with diet because i am very americanized and eat indian food maybe once a year at the most.

just eat healthy and exercise and the extra weight will come off, regardless of where you are carrying it.

Obviously eating too much rich food, sweets etc and not exercising enough. Not many of them care for their appearance!
