The past 2 days I have set my alarm for 7am so I can workout before work. Both days I turned it off and slept till it was time to go to work.

I just can't seem to get motivated....Any suggestions?

put your mp3 player (or whatever you can use for portable music) by your bed. as soon as your alarm goes off, force yourself to put on the ear buds (or headphones) and play a pumped up song. bop around your bedroom to the music as you put on your gym clothes. you'll be ready to workout in no time!!

Put a picture of a big fat-a ss right by your alarm and write on it "this is me in 5 years if I don't go to the gym". You'll get your behind out of bed then.

Sleep early,
Set multiple anoying alarms and place them away from your bed so you will have to get up and turn it off.
take a shower
Drink a shake or water, juice whatever no alcholic drinks or coffee.
Get some good workout song, Rock Metal e.t.c

dont sleep during the day(if u r doing it). go early to bed. set a specific terget for every morning,,, some intresting things

Set a timer to turn on your stereo to dance tunes.

Maybe you should do your exercise before you go to bed rather than when you are preparing to go to work!@
