To lose 25 lbs the healthy way, it should take about 3 months or so. You should only be losing between 1-2 lbs/week. You could also have lipo done but that's usually expensive. If your body retains a lot of water, you could go sit in a sauna and sweat some of it out.

Have a low calorie consumption while aiming to get your vitamins,minerals some fat and protein. Good once a day multi vitamin supplement helps gets v&m's that the diet was did not have enough of.(Vit B,C,D etc)
