yoga, swimming, walking, and stretching exercises are good for women during pregnancy.
but remember to quit for the day if you feel dizzy, nauseous, dehydrated, or feel the baby move around too much.

Here is an article on weight training while pregnant and its benefits. Unless you have complications, which you should speak to a Dr. before weight training, pregnant or not, then it seems there is no real problem with weight training. Just be sure to speak to a Dr first and do not push yourself too hard.

you should continue whatever exercises you are currently doing as long as they have been approved by your doctor--but you shouldn't start a new routine. even yoga could be too stressfull on your changing body. avoid high impact, prone position exercises, heavy weights, and listen to your body. swimming in a pool is always a good non weight bearing exercise, but don't overdo it--again, listen to your body.
