Peanut butter would help build muscles because of the protein, but peanut butter is also loaded with fat so it helps to gain weight if your not working out. I'd go with the sandwich.

oohhh.... rough query!!! I love them each, however I'd as a substitute have Reeses. They are chocolateey peanut buttery amazing! Have you ever had each whilst? It's disgusting. Chocolate and cheese don't combine. Eww.

I think neither will help you loose weight, but peanut butter, if you have trouble having all your meat and nuts portion is good.
