i would eat only these, drink only water, gatorade propel fitness water, or the powerade option water....run as long as i could before practically passing out, which was like around a mile a day, then do some light weights, like 2 different variations of standing curls with 30 pounders....i lost around 30lbs....i ate the noodles and always got full but never got that overfull disgusting feeling, mixed it up with some steamed veggies and boiled chicken sometimes when i wanted to change it up.....
