If it has been 72 hours or less they have a cocktail drug that can eliminate the HIV virus if you wait too long though you can not. You can't use a urinalysis only for drug testing. For std check they will have to collect a sample of your ejaculate using a cotton swab they stick in your urethra. Aids test is blood work and even then your result can be inconclusive 6 months or less after the virus is exposed so the best way to protect yoursel is always using a condom, if you don't have any then you do not need to have any type of sex, oral, anal. They give out free condoms at the clinic. Please get tested so you won't unknowingly pass it on.

Yes, there is a HIV test that can detect the presence of HIV in urine although it's rarely used. Most HIV tests performed in the doctor's office or at your local health department are done with a finger stick, blood draw or oral swab. Whole blood is the most sensitive followed by oral fluid.

If you are concerned about having blood drawn, I would recommend finding a testing site that uses OraSure or OraQuick testing.

Good luck.

Nope! Urinalysis is for other STD testing. So take the urine test then get the swab or blood work done.
