i would eat only these, drink only water, gatorade propel fitness water, or the powerade option water....run as long as i could before practically passing out, which was like around a mile a day, then do some light weights, like 2 different variations of standing curls with 30 pounders....i lost around 30lbs....i ate the noodles and always got full but never got that overfull disgusting feeling, mixed it up with some steamed veggies and boiled chicken sometimes when i wanted to change it up.....

why don't you eat something healthy instead of ramen noodles?
your better off drinking juice then that gatorade crap, especially if you allready drink a bunch of water. you may be thinner, but your diet isn't that great.
Just Boiled chicken and steamed veggies would have been better for you then adding the Ramen in there. Empty carbs.

Ramen noodles are about 16 grams of fat per package (there's two servings in a package @ 8 grams each- Maruchan brand). Oatmeal is a filling lower fat carb but has sugar galore if you eat the flavored packets. Weight loss is more about calories consumed, if the regiem works for you, so be it. Check to see that they don't use hydrogenated oil in whatever brand you are eating.

You need to eat real ramen noodles - real Japanese food. Much better for you. Too bad it is almost impossible to find in most places State Side.

That dehydrated crap is unhealthy. But you can do stuff to make it edible.

Ramen noodles are very high in fat. They fry the noodles before they are dehydrated. Not a good choice for losing weight.

Holy crap that is a lot of sodium (almost your daily value if not more). Maybe start adding veggies or something to it to make it a bit healthier. Also cut the flavor packet in half or something.

You might, but your blood sugar would be thru the roof, and your blood pressure would probably go up too from all the salt!

As long as you don't use the flavor packet, that's sodium city right there.

You would lose weight if you balanced your calories out right. , but would eventually die of malnutrition or scurvy
