I have been fighting Depression all my life. I think I feel better to just kick back and have a few drinks But in the end it solves nothing and my depression seem worse. I know things will get better But MAN when I am depressed I cant see this. I do not want to take drugs for my Depression.

please dont waste your time telling me about my health or whatever .. is a low carb diet effective ?

I am breastfeeding my 21 month old, and about 8 months back I had a significant hair loss which I understand was due to hormonal changes. Now my hair is falling out again, very noticeably, almost like I am shedding. Could this be a vitamin deficiency? I don't think it's hypothyroid because I don't gain weight easily, although I do struggle with lack of focus and memory problems. ??

If you were lost in the jungle or on a desert island, how can you make antiseptic liquid or paste for cuts? Which plants will be most likely available and able to make an effective antiseptic or possibly even antibiotic? I've heard of some of those "survivor man" types making this, as well as seeing the bald guy on Lost do it (I know, just TV), but it would be cool to know how to do this. Any info and extra survival tips would be appreciated!
