im not concerned about losing a certain number of pounds...id just like to wear a pant size smaller.

is this possible in a little over 2 weeks??

drink a lot of water, 2 full glasses before eating.
have soup
quit snacking
eat fruits and veggies
no red meat
a lot of fish
almond milk
walk 10 to 15000 steps per day
in 2 weeks you'll be Paris Hilton

If your pant size is a little too wide for you, yet the next lower pant size is a little too small, chances are that you can drop to that size in that time.

Be careful that you're still eating healthy if you're going to shrink a little, and exercise is very important. =D

Yes, it is. Eat smaller portions at mealtime, quit snacking, and whatever you do don't eat for 3 hours at least before bedtime. My weight fluctuates all of the time and I'm constantly changing pant sizes. I found out it all has to do with how busy I am. The busier, the less I eat. If I'm bored I eat. That simple.

relatively, i've got constantly been puzzled, yet once you think of roughly it, grownup sizes circulate up ever 2 digits, so I take it as 2 pant sizes being the 18 to 14, by way of fact the only length inbetween is the sixteen.

Yes, it's possible...especially if you are doing exercises that are toning your waist and buns...couple that with burning calories, and losing a clothing size shouldn't take much time at all.

yes two pant sizes if your a woman (water loss /gain)drink plenty of water your body will think it doesn't need to keep stockpiling it ,and two pant sizes later ...

Not healthily possible. Generally, it's said that loseing 2lbs a week is a healthy rate.
